IES Approved Method for Photometric Measurement of Roadway and Street Lighting Installations
This guide provides a uniform method for determining, measuring and reporting the illuminance and luminance characteristics of roadway and street lighting installations. The measurements of those factors, necessary in determining the performance of roadway and street lighting installations, are specifically related to ANSI/IES RP-8-00/R2005 Roadway Lighting. The spectral weighting function for the measurement of illuminance and luminance values shall be based upon the photopic luminous efficiency function.
